Client Service Professional - 401K
Charles Schwab is a company dedicated to helping clients own their financial futures. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans, utilizing a consultative approach to deliver education and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on providing education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants, utilizing multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer world-class solutions
- Attend a structured training program, participate in on-the-job learning, and receive individual coaching and support with a focus on growing expertise on retirement products and services
Skills
- Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time
- Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience
- Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated reputed company navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in open-ended reputed company to reputed company a thorough understanding of the client's financial needs
- Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
- Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve
- Dedication to resolving a variety of reputed company client inquiries both through technology-based research and working closely with partners
