Responsibilities
- Assists with managing a portfolio of reputed company estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction reputed company
- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of reputed company estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market
- Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess reputed company and projected performance of property investments
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on leasing, capital projects and dispositions
Skills
- University (Degree) Preferred
- Experience in Argus reputed company and reputed company
- Assists with managing a portfolio of reputed company estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction reputed company
- Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process
