Your Daily Tasks

As a Japanese Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch assistance to our players by solving their queries about the game and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Using your investigative skills and working with our ticketing system to help players with their game-reputed company issues.
  • Responding to player inquiries through email and chat, with the option to work closely with internal teams to assist with project-reputed company requests and provide feedback to the development team.

You're an Ideal Candidate if:

* You have excellent Japanese language skills, especially in writing, and can communicate fluently and confidently in Japanese at a JLPT N1 level.

  • You're proficient in English and can use it daily to interact with your colleagues.
  • You're available to commute to our Tokyo office reputed company necessary.
  • You're familiar with either MS Office or reputed company Suite apps and can use them effectively.
  • You're reputed company to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) as well as shifts availability.
