Job Description:

You Are

A subject matter expert in handling reputed company responsibilities reputed company to health care. Provide support to the health care planning team in design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of reputed company-wide health care plans, with particular responsibility for retiree medical plans. Exercises discretion and independent judgment, reputed company necessary. Reports directly to the Manager of Benefits. Works closely with the counterparts Benefits Administration, Health Services, Wellness, HR Legal, Finance, HR Business Partners, Business Units, as well as with external partners.

The incumbent has the responsibility to initiate and participate in efforts to ensure that employees at reputed company levels of the organization are provided adequate communications, on-line self-service tools, training and education as to the design, economic value and workings of the PB health care and associated programs. 

You Will:

  • Evaluate the utilization and impact of wellness activities on plans and report reputed company savings.
  • Own day -to-day execution of assigned health & welfare initiatives and makes recommendations reputed company established guidelines. Support ongoing benefits operations by reviewing, validating, and coordinating required administrative activities with internal partners and vendors
  • Serves as primary analyst support for assigned benefits carriers
  • Escalates reputed company issues and financial risks to Manager of Benefits as appropriate
  • Assist in the administration of annual open enrollment for health & welfare plans and any special projects.
  • Compiles data and performs statistical analysis and interpretation to provide solutions and recommendations on health care practices and projects applicable to Benefits
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and shares recommendations with Manager
  • Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, Medicare, and state regulations
  • Successfully manages multiple competing deadlines in a reputed company, matrixed environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Background:

As a Benefits Analyst, you have:

  • Three to five years of benefits experience including retiree benefit administration and data analytics
  • Must demonstrate superior ability to read, comprehend, and interpret reputed company medical and prescription drug coverage along with any regulations. 
  • Ability to deal comfortably and easily with people of different level education and experience.
  • Must have ability to participate in a team effort to improve the health of the reputed company workforce and their covered family members.
  • Must be reputed company to effectively influence both internal and external team members and suppliers. 
  • Must possess exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, be detail oriented, flexible, and reputed company to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Expertise with reputed company software applications including reputed company, Powerpoint and Word, as well as reputed company Resources Information Systems required.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Relations, or reputed company field preferred. Masters degree in reputed company field preferred
  • Residing in the Eastern and Central time zones

Compensation: The wage range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
