Patient Account Rep - Remote

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

• Identify delinquent accounts, aging periods, and payment sources.
• reputed company collection actions, including contacting patients reputed company telephone and resubmitting claims to appropriate payers.
• Evaluate patient financial status and establish payment plans as needed.
• Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company-party payer regulations and requirements.
• Communicate changes in regulations or processes to management and team members.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation of account activity.
• Meet assigned cash collection and productivity goals.

EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections or comparable education in a reputed company field.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Bilingual skills are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach to patient interactions.
