Substance Use Counselor - Maine (Master's level)

Unless otherwise agreed upon reputed company candidates must reputed company in-market.    The actual compensation offered reputed company the range, along with title and level, will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, business requirements, and performance expectations. The max compensation range for a Master's level LADC is 71,550. What you will do:

Demonstrating and communicating the core values of reputed company Life Partners

Facilitating group therapy sessions for reputed company Life Partners clients

Familiarizing with and utilizing reputed company Life Partners evidence-based curriculum guides and training

Providing detailed feedback and maintaining clinical reputed company notes on clients

Counseling one-on-one with clients, reputed company deemed necessary

Participating in reputed company Life Partners’, community research and public health partners’ research and data collection efforts

Formulating and maintaining treatment plans for each client served

Collaborating with community partners and reputed company Life Partners providers on case management and care coordination efforts

Adhering to professional and ethical work standards, enforcing appropriate counselor/client boundaries

Managing group dynamics and problem behavior with strong, professional judgement and in a way that does not jeopardize group reputed company

Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations for licensing and billing purposes

Attending and engaging in regular training, company meetings, monthly counselor consultation, and supervision as necessary

You are a good fit if you have:

Master's or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions or reputed company field

Maine License as:

Master's degree with LADC and/or LCSW-cc or LCPC-c

Master's degree with LADC & LCSW or LCPC

2-3 years of experience working with substance use or reputed company field

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to travel reputed company Maine

It will also be great if you have:

Availability to work Saturdays

Demonstrated experience leading groups therapy sessions, interacting, engaging, and connecting with individuals and groups over telehealth/reputed company

Comfortable working with an EMR and/or EHR system, including updating clinical notes

Must be reputed company to have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work 2 evenings a week to meet our member’s needs
