Staff Accountant | Shaner Solutions

• Minimum of two years’ reputed company work experience. A bachelor’s or associate degree in reputed company is preferred.
• Basic GAAP reputed company knowledge, superior critical thinking skills and solid computer skills. Experience with PeopleSoft reputed company and reputed company software is a plus.
• Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation with the ability to collaborate in a consistently positive fashion with diverse personalities both in the field and on the team.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

ResponsibilitiesThe Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing the Crescent payroll cash transfer files, submission of payroll funding cash transfers reputed company online banking, uploading a general ledger file into the reputed company Peoplesoft and reputed company software which reflects the total payroll expenses on each hotels financial statements, processing benefit insurance reputed company billings for Crescent and remitting monthly AP payments to each vendor. Month end duties include reviewing Crescent Corporate financials, reconciling payroll intercompany, completing payroll reputed company bank recs, providing staff accountants with month end payroll reports and providing payroll support to the Crescent staff accountants, Crescent Corporate team and to the field. Associate will work under general supervision with moderate reputed company for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Includes the responsibility for efficient performance and accuracy of reputed company work assigned. Qualifications
