Key Responsibilities

As a Mac Expert (At Home) for arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Learning about arenaflex products and becoming a specialist on product features and reputed company accessories
• Providing consultative sales solutions to customers based on their needs, following the arenaflex Online Store Customer Engagement model
• Staying informed about product, policies, and technology changes through multiple sources of information
• Managing orders and setting customer expectations after they have reputed company their order
• Entering new sales orders into the appropriate system(s) where necessary
• Building strong relationships with customers to establish rapport and encourage repeat business
• Achieving sales goals while providing an excellent customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information into everyday language
• Strong typing skills, with a speed of above 40 WPM
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing technologies, processes, and environments
