What You Will Be Doing

As a Strategic Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Advising and supporting European organization and largest customers in reputed company matters involving invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections
• Project managing customer-specific invoicing solutions, managing bad debt risk, and growing reputed company
• Supporting stakeholders and customers in regards to reputed company setups and requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company business targets
• Leading key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt
• Participating in European-wide customer visits and in-house meetings
