Assisted Stretch Coach/Personal Trainer
Healthtrax is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates reputed company to join reputed company. This is an amazing opportunity to reputed company experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.
Our Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build Healthtrax membership and retain reputed company clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Healthtrax policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Love of a fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Preferred background:
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with client
- Fitness certification required
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- You love your job reputed company at work every day with a positive, can-do attitude excited to improve the lives of clients, co-workers and reputed company you meet.
- Your valid, reputed company PT certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, must be maintained
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field of study, preferred
- Tactful, inspirational verbal and written communications, time management and follow-up skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office. (Club Ready software, preferred)
- Proven track record obtaining and retaining clientele; 3 or more years? experience as a CPT
