Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience, and reputed company successful experiences in educational leadership. REPORTS TO: Head Varsity Baseball coach and East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal. JOB GOALS: To instruct student-athletes in the reputed company skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize individual and team reputed company.
