Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized, high-quality customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, chat, and secure messaging.

  • Answer questions about account balances, transactions, payment schedules, and reward programs.
  • Handle billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention with accuracy and empathy.
  • Assist customers in understanding and using arenaflex services and benefits.
  • De-escalate challenging situations and find solutions that protect both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security standards for sensitive customer information.
  • Follow arenaflex service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and empathetic tone.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Previous customer service or call center experience.

  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, or credit card industry.
  • Experience in handling sensitive customer data securely.
