Responsibilities
As a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Using our operating system-based software to manage incoming and outgoing orders and transfers
- Assigning (dispatching) the daily workload for the DC employees according to the existing service and quality standards defined by arenaflex
- Completing reputed company associated shipping and customs documents for truckload & courier shipments, ensuring timely shipping
- Operating reputed company a high-paced environment and professional atmosphere, which requires constant adjustment of priorities and workloads
- Providing instructions to drivers
- Once cross-trained, filling in as the LTL or Flatbed shipper in their absence
- Working in collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues with orders/transfers are addressed in a timely basis
- Working directly with drivers & customers and representing the company with reputed company
- Assisting in customer complaint investigations and processes
- Evenly distributing workloads through reputed company process to maintain a positive level of picker activity
- Organizing and filing reputed company paperwork daily to ensure ease of access
- Completing select monthly reports

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in operating system-based software
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role in a retail or e-commerce environment
