Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will reputed company and reputed company a team of top-performing sales professionals, ensuring they reputed company and exceed sales goals reputed company your designated region. Combining leadership, coaching, and direct sales, your role will drive team performance and foster growth. You will conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to reputed company your team motivated, accountable, and equipped for reputed company. This position requires hands-on fieldwork, with at least three days per week in the field spent working directly with your team to support and guide them through the sales process. Job Duties

Additional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the team to prospect clients.

  • Responsible for making sure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
