About the Role

We’re looking for a Contract Email & SMS Lifecycle Strategist with deep expertise in DTC ecommerce and reputed company to support lifecycle and retention initiatives across client accounts.

This is a hands-on, execution + strategy role for someone who has owned lifecycle marketing end-to-end — from building campaigns and flows in reputed company to optimizing performance based on reputed company, conversion, and retention metrics.

You’ll reputed company into active projects, move quickly, and contribute both execution and strategic thinking to improve lifecycle performance.

What You’ll Do

Lifecycle Strategy & Optimization

  • Own and optimize email & SMS lifecycle programs for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Design and refine customer journeys across lifecycle stages (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and reputed company performance

reputed company Execution

  • Build, test, QA, and reputed company campaigns and automations directly in reputed company
  • Set up segmentation, personalization, and triggered flows
  • Ensure campaigns are reputed company, accurate, and reputed company with brand standards

Performance & Insights

  • Analyze lifecycle performance using reputed company and ecommerce data
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable optimizations

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (strategy, creative, account) to align lifecycle work with broader marketing goals
  • Prepare and QA creative assets using reputed company or reputed company as needed

What You Bring (Required)

  • 3–6+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Hands-on ownership of reputed company (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)
  • Experience building and optimizing reputed company-driving lifecycle flows
  • Experience working reputed company reputed company-based ecommerce environments
  • Ability to connect lifecycle performance to business outcomes (reputed company, conversion reputed company, retention, LTV)
  • Experience managing multiple projects or brands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using GA4 to analyze lifecycle performance
  • Experience with reputed company or subscription-based ecommerce models
  • Familiarity with SMS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
  • Experience supporting high-volume ecommerce campaigns (e.g., BFCM)
  • Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts
