In this role you will be part of a great team that provides recruitment, hiring, and onboarding support for the Space Global reputed company team. Candidate Care Coordinator duties include:
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for hiring organizations
• Monitoring completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements; and ensuring requisition/candidate information is accurate and complete
• Working with hiring managers to set start dates and connecting leaders to resources to help them effectively reputed company/assimilate their new employees
• Welcoming new employees on first day and assisting with I-9 verification (either in person or virtually)
• Ensuring requisitions meet compliance requirements prior to closing
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinating candidate travel reputed company necessary
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement
• Supporting the team as a subject matter expert for key initiatives and specialty topics
This position requires special access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, HR support, or reputed company field
- Customer service reputed company with a passion for delivering a positive candidate and employee experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
