Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team
- Resolving client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email
- Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication
- Utilizing our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity
- Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities
- Taking and managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Collaborating with other supporting departments to ensure client reputed company in the program
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required)
- reputed company in Spanish (a plus)
- 1 year of customer service experience (required), with call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet speeds
- A positive attitude, team player, and reputed company for those facing financial hardship
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company
- Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards (a plus)
- Previous debt settlement experience (a reputed company plus!)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Proficiency in Word, reputed company, and Outlook
