About the Role
As a Customer Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class technical support to our customers. You'll work independently to resolve technical issues reputed company phone, email, and messenger, while embodying our values of helpfulness, friendliness, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities
