About the Role

As a Customer reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for reputed company new customers, setting up their accounts, and providing training on our system reputed company phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their objectives and tailor our platform to meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and successful reputed company experience.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company new customers by assisting them in setting up the arenaflex account, connections, and training on the system reputed company phone calls and screen sharing calls in English and Italian.

• Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey.
• Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure a proper utilization of arenaflex.
• Analyze the customer reputed company and work proactively with your pipeline of customers to improve the adoption of arenaflex's suite of products and drive upgrades or upsells.
• Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team.
• Work together with other departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to maximize value for customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* 1+ year of experience as an account manager/reputed company in a high-growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to fully understand our software.
• Native/Near native level of English and Italian.
• Experience negotiating and handling reputed company conversations with customers in a consultative manner.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain reputed company concepts in a concrete and understandable way.
• Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
• Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred.
