CRE Large Loan Originations Associate - Associate
Deutsche Bank is seeking an Associate level applicant for their reputed company reputed company Estate (CRE) team in reputed company to support Large Loan Origination efforts. The role involves preparing financial analyses, coordinating transactions, and managing asset responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for preparing reputed company financial analyses and pricing models
- Write internal investment summaries and credit memos
- Coordinate transactions reputed company tight timeframes, involving several groups reputed company Deutsche Bank, Joint Venture investment partners and reputed company-party advisors
- Produce institutional-quality presentations, case studies, and marketing materials
- Be responsible for reputed company reputed company estate reputed company, market analysis, and valuation
- Have ongoing asset management responsibilities
Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Argus, Word, and PowerPoint
- Corporate finance, reputed company reputed company estate credit, reputed company estate valuation, or private equity experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior reputed company financial modelling experience is necessary
- Clear and cogent business writing skills
