[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers in the property management and reputed company estate sectors, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to generate interest and create reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers in the reputed company estate and property management space
- reputed company reputed company email, phone, reputed company, and other channels to engage decision-makers and influencers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and hand off to Sales Executives
- Schedule discovery calls and demos to move prospects through the pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns

- Contribute to refining reputed company strategies and sales processes
Skills
- 0–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and engage potential customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven reputed company
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound reputed company and prospecting activities
