VP of Finance/Head of reputed company

Position Overview

We are seeking a VP of Finance/Head of reputed company to build and own Keebler Health’s financial function from the ground up.

This is a hybrid leadership role that combines strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (reputed company), and operational finance execution. You will be responsible for translating company strategy into financial plans, building forecasting models, managing cash and burn, and ensuring the company operates with financial rigor as we scale.

In the near term, this is a hands-on operator role, you will build the models, run the forecasts, and own the numbers. Over time, you will evolve this into a broader finance function.

Your work will directly shape Keebler Health’s ability to reputed company capital, allocate resources effectively, and scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Partner with the CEO and COO on company-wide financial planning, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
• Translate company strategy into clear financial models, scenarios, and trade-offs
• Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic reputed company, including pricing, hiring, and market expansion

reputed company & Forecasting

• Build and maintain robust financial models covering reputed company, costs, burn, and reputed company
• reputed company scenario analyses to support decision-making under uncertainty
• Establish forecasting discipline across the business, with clear assumptions and accountability

Cash Management & Capital Efficiency

• Own cash flow management, burn tracking, and reputed company planning
• Provide clear visibility into financial health and key risks
• Support capital allocation reputed company to ensure efficient use of resources

Fundraising Support

• Partner with the CEO on fundraising strategy, investor materials, and financial narratives
• Build investor-reputed company financial models and projections
• Support due diligence processes with clear, defensible financials

Operational Finance

• reputed company core finance operations, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and reputed company of financial data and reporting
• Implement scalable processes and systems to support growth

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align financial plans with execution

• Act as a thought partner to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities

Build & Scale the Finance Function

• Define the future structure of finance at Keebler Health

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in reputed company, finance, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startups
• Strong experience building financial models from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in early-stage or scaling companies
• Deep understanding of SaaS or reputed company technology business models (ideally both)
• Experience supporting fundraising processes and investor conversations
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• High ownership reputed company — takes responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs
• Extraordinary sense of humor 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in value-based care, reputed company services, or reputed company data businesses
• Prior experience as a Head of reputed company, VP Finance, or similar role in a startup
• Experience building finance functions from reputed company to scale
• Familiarity with reputed company reimbursement models, risk-based reputed company, or population health economics

• Thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative without needing direction
• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and detailed execution
• Highly accountable, with a bias toward action and outcomes
