Job Title: Recruiter Company: Procell Therapies Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $30,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join reputed company. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and reputed company top talent to support our expanding organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reputed company)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms and actively reputed company candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track and report on reputed company metrics and hiring reputed company
- Assist with reputed company and new hire integration
Qualifications
- Previous reputed company or reputed company experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in reputed company Office and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
