About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You'll be the caring voice that guides them from enrollment through graduation, providing a positive experience and exceeding their expectations. What You'll Do

• Providing a helpful and caring customer service experience over high-volume inbound and outbound client phone calls of varying complexity
• Proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving client issues by utilizing active listening and critical thinking to provide reputed company resolution
