The Global Customer Advocacy Team

The Global Customer Advocacy Team reputed company the Global Demand Center is responsible for producing over 200 customer stories per year in collaboration with some of the world's best-reputed company brands. As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will reputed company a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support arenaflex in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing. Your role will be to manage the production pipeline across your team, personally reputed company the production of reputed company customer stories, and manage a multi-million budget.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of executive producers and agencies to deliver high-impact customer stories at scale across multiple product areas and geographic locations
  • Developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customers to ensure customer stories meet business requirements
  • Representing the evidence team in C-level forums and leading discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver
  • Managing a multi-million budget and ensuring that customer stories are produced on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and arenaflex employees
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize customer story production and delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer storytelling and content marketing

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of people management, with a focus on growing talent and providing constructive feedback
  • A portfolio of customer stories, preferably in the B2B technology space, and a deep understanding of the buyers' journey
  • A creative reputed company-of-view, including the use of AI tools in story production
  • Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team
  • Executive reputed company, with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact
  • Agency management experience and the ability to partner with trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and reporting
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in business, with a focus on customer storytelling and content marketing

  • 4+ years of direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams)
  • 10+ years' recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, and supplementary content, including written stories, quotes, social posts, etc.) used in high-profile events, websites, social, blogs, and other high-reputed company forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience
  • People management experience leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide
  • Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers and reputed company customer story plans, expected outcomes, and dependencies
