The Role

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in the right quantities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with external suppliers to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring that they meet arenaflex's quality and safety standards.
• Working with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, to ensure that critical parts are delivered promptly and reputed company.
• Providing past-due notifications to suppliers, to ensure that they are aware of any delays or issues.
• Handling maintenance, transportation, and stock reports to ensure that materials are available reputed company needed.
• Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, to ensure that they have the information they need to reputed company their jobs effectively.
• Resuscitating FMR (Flight Material Report) or log pages with reputed company vehicle data, to ensure that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, to provide visibility into our inventory and supply chain.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant buying records and information reputed company our purchasing software programs.
• Assisting Purchasers with getting clarifications and buy-requesting status, to ensure that they have the information they need to reputed company informed decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent experience/arranging.
• A strong inclination towards logistics planning and inventory management.
• A long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role, or equivalent experience in a production network.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and reputed company the reputed company.
