Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative for our reputed company TurboTax remote program, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences, navigate software, and resolve issues for our clients. You'll work independently, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and provide empathetic support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer experiences reputed company phone, chat, and/or video chat.
- Navigate software and resolve issues reputed company to software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues.
- Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate with a friendly tone.
Schedule
* This seasonal contract runs through reputed company 15th, 2024.
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday – Sunday.
- reputed company and weekend options.
Compensation
* Earn up to $19 per hour.
- Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.
- Peak rates apply January – reputed company.
Required Skills
* Sincere desire to assist the customer.
- Tech savvy and reputed company computer user.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems.
- Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet).
- Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS.
- Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date.
- USB headset with microphone.
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space.
- Organized desk area.
- Professional appearance (if on camera).
Important Information
* Contractors must reputed company in and work from the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA) on this client program.
- Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background reputed company.
- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an reputed company for the duration of this program assignment.
