Overview

The reputed company Operations Coordinator supports the execution of key reputed company processes, with a primary focus on offer coordination, reporting support, and operational activities across the hiring lifecycle. This role partners closely with reputed company and reputed company Resources to ensure a consistent, accurate, and efficient candidate experience.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional with experience in HR or reputed company operations who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of the offer process, including drafting, coordinating, and tracking offer letters in partnership with reputed company and reputed company Resources, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal guidelines
  • Manage and execute the employee referral workflow, including intake, tracking, routing referrals to appropriate recruiters, and maintaining accurate documentation reputed company internal systems (e.g., SharePoint) in alignment with established processes
  • Coordinate and track requisition approvals, ensuring reputed company required approvals are completed accurately and in a timely manner prior to job posting and throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • reputed company job posting audits across internal systems and external job boards, ensuring postings are accurate, compliant, properly formatted, and reputed company with organizational standards
  • Assist in managing candidate transitions from selection through offer acceptance and reputed company coordination, helping ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring reputed company candidate and requisition activity is properly documented

Hourly reputed company Range: $24.04 - $28.85

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, reputed company coordination, or a reputed company operational support role OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience supporting HR, reputed company, or structured operational workflows
  • Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating offer processes, reputed company workflows, or HR-driven approvals (e.g., requisition approvals)
  • Experience managing or supporting structured workflows (e.g., referrals, approvals, or similar operational processes)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, data reputed company, and process compliance
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, iCIMS, Taleo, reputed company)
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook), with ability to support reporting and data tracking
