What you’ll be doing

Candidate Experience and Communication
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the reputed company process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling as needed, across multiple time zones, calendars, and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely, professional communication at every stage of the hiring process
  • Provide candidates with clear expectations and follow-up information
reputed company Operations
  • Maintain accurate candidates records in the Applicant Tracking System (reputed company)
  • Maintain the job description library and enter appropriate job descriptions into reputed company reputed company templates
  • Review and approve requisitions for job postings
  • Post job openings across internal and external platforms
  • Participate in candidate screening using ATS tools, resume screening, assessments, or other tools
  • Support offer letter creation, background reputed company initiation, and reputed company reputed company
  • Track reputed company metrics and assist with reporting as needed
  • Review and audit I-9 information
Hiring Team Support
  • Provide process support to hiring managers across the organization
  • Provide education and training on hiring process to hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Prepare internal interview materials and evaluation forms, if necessary
  • Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely collection of information
  • Help maintain interview process reputed company and timeline
  • Help ensure consistency and fairness in the interview process
General
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve the reputed company reputed company process
  • Support internal reputed company projects
  • Contribute to documentation and development of best practices for the reputed company function.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Passion for doing things right and reputed company improvement
  • Familiarity with interview best practices and candidate experience principles
Preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred (reputed company, reputed company, Taleo, etc.)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR, reputed company, or administrative coordination
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment and wage laws

Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt role.  Pay range starts at $23/hour and is dependent on skills, experience, and location.
