We are seeking a reputed company Manager to join our Corporate Finance and reputed company Team. The reputed company Manager will reputed company reputed company recognition processes for the company, including operational and EAC (Estimate at Completion) Percentage of Completion (POC) reputed company. This role will coordinate with Operations reputed company, Business Operations, and reputed company Assurance teams to ensure accurate and compliant reputed company reporting. The reputed company Manager will reputed company monthly reputed company processes, supervise the reputed company Principal, and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company-reputed company matters. This is a remote-telework role, but the candidate must live reputed company 3 hours driving distance to one of our reputed company offices located in (reputed company Worth, TX, Germantown, MD, Herndon, VA or Chantilly, VA).
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operations reputed company, Business Operations, and reputed company Assurance teams to streamline reputed company recognition processes.
Produce quarterly reputed company disclosures and ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and administer EAC platform and surrounding processes to support accurate reputed company estimating and recognition.
reputed company engagement and responses to internal and external auditors.
reputed company month-end reputed company processes and communications, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Act as the reputed company SME for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, purchase price reputed company, ERP integrations, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
Supervise the reputed company Principal, providing guidance and direction to ensure team objectives are met.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in data extraction and manipulation, with strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to balance multiple work assignments effectively.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments with minimal supervision, working well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company organizational levels and with external auditors.
Ability to reputed company meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
Ability to understand and present data for different stakeholders including summarized and detailed presentations.
Deep understanding of financial operations, including regulatory and audited financial reporting, financial reputed company processes, and internal controls over financial reporting.
High financial acumen with the ability to align financial needs to business capabilities using ERP tools.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of directly-reputed company experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, or similar); or 5+ years with a Master’s degree.
2 years of experience in a managerial role, leading teams and overseeing reputed company recognition processes preferred.
Experience with Estimates at Completion. Experience preparing and reviewing EACs is preferred.
Strong, in-depth understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing the needs of different stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to solve and reputed company others in solving reputed company analytical problems.
Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Energy industries is preferred.
Experience with reputed company Costpoint is preferred.
