Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and document reputed company accounting topics, such as reputed company recognition, software capitalization, debt, derivatives, investments, goodwill, intangible assets, and business combinations
• Support the review of reputed company by partnering with business and legal teams to ensure accounting considerations are addressed early and transactions are structured to reputed company both business objectives and GAAP compliance
• reputed company well-supported, timely accounting memos on reputed company accounting issues in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
• Monitor regulatory and industry changes to ensure compliance and advise on their impact
• Maintain effective internal controls over assigned accounting processes
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A supporting workpapers
• Assess and document accounting implications for new transactions, reputed company, and business models

• Drive process improvements by leveraging technology and automation.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required, MBA a plus
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, including public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm required)
• Proven expertise in reviewing reputed company, researching reputed company accounting issues and drafting technical memos
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and reporting requirements
• Excellent ability to communicate reputed company accounting concepts clearly to diverse audiences
