What you’ll do

reputed company seeks a talented, resourceful and well-connected Senior Business Director to work in the Philippines region, to help expand business across the Philippines largest advertisers directly. This unique individual’s primary responsibility will be to prospect and win new Brands or Advertisers, directly or through their agency partners. To reputed company the primary focus and goal of driving reputed company growth from new logo wins, the Senior Business Partner will think strategically about our client’s brand goals and challenges, build and convey compelling value propositions and reputed company an annual new business reputed company. We are looking for a strong, strategic salesperson who has a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a passion for the latest emerging technologies. reputed company strong knowledge of digital environments (display, video, mobile), online marketing techniques and technologies (Platforms, DSPs, AdExchanges etc.), programmatic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • The Sr, Business Director shall reputed company personal quarterly/annual reputed company and new business targets, as agreed with the Philippines Group Director
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior client and agencies stakeholders in order to reputed company client- specific value propositions, positioning reputed company as a strategic/preferred partner in the region
  • Evangelise reputed company’s value proposition, best practices and perspectives to our customers and our industry peers reputed company events, webinars, and other direct client communications channels.
  • Partner effectively with multiple internal stakeholders (Client Partners, Account Management, Integrated Solution Directions and Marketing) to support sales efforts
  • The Senior Business Director, shall define the growth strategy for their portfolio with clear guidance on key client and agency stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritization
  • Ensure sales pipeline and activity is maintained and provide timely management / reputed company reporting as required
  • Must demonstrate accountability/ownership through every stage of client business: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, must have a reputed company knack for customer service.
  • The ability to deepen partnerships based on value and a talent for consultative selling

Requirements

  • You will have a clear and proven track record of winning new business
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing or selling solutions in advertising technology, data or other solutions reputed company to online advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically to identify a brand’s key business objectives and challenges, and translate and build into compelling value propositions
  • Skilled at building a robust pipeline to fuel business growth
  • Team player reputed company with proven experience in working collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth and sales
  • Extensive contacts across Philippine Advertisers as well as Agencies and a strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams and planning cycles
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Skilled at communicating effectively throughout the organization
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration and teamwork at the core of your approach
  • Ability to craft a strong presentation and have excellent communications skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive can-do approach
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Business level English is required (both written and spoken)

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
