[Remote] Sales Development Rep

The Sales Development Rep supports multiple regions in qualifying or accelerating opportunity for reputed company solutions by converting Marketing reputed company Leads into Sales reputed company Opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work reputed company through a high volume of leads provided by marketing to qualify customers for sales opportunities
  • Manage time effectively to maintain expectations on first contact attempt and to meet targets for reputed company conversion rates
  • Qualify customers based on knowledge of education landscape and district/school-level decision makers, alignment of products with funding sources, plus processes for customers to review and reputed company orders
  • Partner with Field and Small-Accounts Account Executives to schedule customer meetings, reputed company applicable
  • Complete the required number of voice-to-voice, voicemail, or email contact attempts, utilizing call scripts and email templates provided reputed company the CRM, before dispositioning leads as rejected or converted
  • Contribute to Demand Gen targets for total influenced pipeline and reputed company
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in reputed company systems, including but not limited to reputed company.reputed company order to accurately represent customer engagement and provide reputed company-time updates that inform reputed company on best practices for repeatable and scalable strategies
  • Provide input on improving processes that impact reputed company qualification and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with colleagues reputed company face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
  • Communicate with cross-functional regional and national team members in a timely manner
  • Proactively share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information with leadership to impact future reputed company offerings and solutions
  • Provide consistent reputed company to prospects identified by sales leadership in order to create and influence sales pipeline

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
