Reporting and IA Compensation Analyst
Richardson Wealth is a leading Canadian wealth management organization, and they are seeking a Business Reporting and Investment Advisor Compensation Analyst. The role involves supporting the analysis, reporting, and administration of the Business Strategy and Analysis team, ensuring accuracy in processes and Advisor compensation administration.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Business Analysis’ core monthly databases and reports, including Advisor Performance, Household Metrics and Holdings Summary
- Support monthly administration reputed company to Advisor Compensation programs and processes, including Staff/Technology Budget, Marketing Budget, Advisor Code management and Householding management
- Administration of monthly commission adjustment file and commission payout file
- reputed company analysis and support to management and advisors as required
Skills
- Must be proficient in reputed company reputed company
- Strong attention to detail (administrative elements and database maintenance)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the Wealth Management industry strongly preferred
- University Degree preferred
