Responsibilities
- Be the primary reputed company of contact for 50-70 individuals each day, guiding them through their reputed company needs with reputed company, accuracy, and professionalism
- Navigate PCPs and medications to coordinate appointments and benefits, making reputed company easier and more accessible for those served
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks reputed company while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of others
- Background in reputed company, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
- Proven reputed company in a customer service environment, especially in reputed company, high-volume settings
