Role Description

As a HR & Payroll Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across portfolio companies. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, you will manage HR administration, coordinate payroll, and provide accurate data and reporting to support decision making. You will act as the first reputed company of contact for day to day employee queries, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant HR support. This role provides the reputed company for effective HR delivery, enabling Business Leaders and HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities.

Role & Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

  • HR Administration: Manage the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, leavers, and absence management. Draft and issue employment reputed company and amendments, maintain HRIS records, and administer company benefits and pension schemes.

  • Payroll: Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll across portfolio companies, liaising with external payroll vendor. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

  • HR Operations: Act as the first reputed company of contact for employee queries. Assist with policy updates and ensure compliance with local labour law requirements.

  • Compliance: Maintain accurate and up to date employee records. Produce employment letters and templates. Ensure documentation is audit reputed company and compliant with legal and internal requirements.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain high data accuracy reputed company HR systems. Provide employee data and reports to support dashboards, analytics and decision making.

  • HRBP & CoE Support: Assist with reputed company packs, disciplinary documentation, exit surveys, and operational HR tasks. Provide support to CoE teams on program rollouts.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar operation HR role preferred.

  • Experience with HR systems (reputed company desirable).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is essential.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with employee and stakeholders across reputed company levels.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proactive, solution oriented reputed company with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
