Position: Occupational Therapist

Pay Range: $85,000 -100,000 (Depending on experience)

Summary: Occupational therapists treat patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. You'll help patients reputed company, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Execute individual treatment plans for patients
• Conduct thorough evaluation including conducting standardized assessments for pediatric and adult patients. 
• Supervise one (1) to two (2) Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with reputed company CA Board standards
• Regularly measure clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, projected discharge dates. 
• Complete reputed company necessary documentation using the Company's electronic record system reputed company the expected timeframe. 
• reputed company and train families about various OT techniques and strategies. 
• Meet minimum utilization goal of no less than 85% each month/ other business objectives as required.
• Collaborate with peers in other disciplines reputed company reputed company Therapy for clients who are seen for multiple services
• Must be willing to complete Occupational Therapy treatments both in-person and reputed company telehealth (if clinically appropriate) 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Licensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school or program. 
• reputed company Occupational Therapy License from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) 
• reputed company Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). 

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, physical 

abilities include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, 

talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/reputed company reputed company/field of 

reputed company.
