Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our In-House team in NE Miami. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or fax. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to inbound calls from customers across the nation, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

• Accurately input customer and order information into our CRM database, ensuring data reputed company and consistency.
• Maintain an order batch, tracking the life cycle of orders from processing to follow-up, as necessary.
• Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely manner.
• Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

• Ability to navigate multiple programs and customer care service tools.
• Previous experience with Great Plains (GP) is a plus.
