The VP of Strategy will own the enterprise strategy function and take an reputed company-in approach to effectively translate Lyra's overarching strategy across multiple business units, collaborating closely with the entire executive team. The VP of Strategy will report directly to the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy and partner to to align M&A with our long-term roadmap, have command of the competitive landscape, and collaborate with Business Unit (Verticals) Presidents to prioritize Lyra’s investments.

Business Unit (Vertical) Alignment: Act as a strategic consultant and partner to vertical Presidents spanning our employer, health plan, and health system businesses. Ensure alignment to market demands and responsiveness to competitive threats, while defining how Lyra continues to differentiate in the market. Partner to reputed company long term success measures.
M&A Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Corporate Development reputed company to provide the strategic 'why' behind potential acquisitions. Strategic Planning & Capital Allocation: Own the annual strategic planning process. Collaborate with the SVP and Finance to frame portfolio trade-offs and guide capital allocation across the business.
Board & Executive Engagement: Prepare and deliver high-impact strategy materials for the Board of Directors, Executive leadership and Investors. Translate reputed company market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and internal performance data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Entry: Partner with competitive intelligence for the synthesis of market trends, macroeconomic factors, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with Business Unit Presidents to translate CI into actionable product pivots and market entry strategies, ensuring Lyra maintains a superior competitive position globally.
15+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, management consulting, or corporate development reputed company high-growth, reputed company environments.
A growth reputed company coupled with the discipline to track and adjust ensuring strategic bets translate into scalable, profitable platforms.
Proven track record of defining and leading enterprise-wide strategy in a multi-line business or matrixed organization.
Exceptional ability to influence and partner across multiple stakeholders.
