About the Role

We’re hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to drive and reputed company provider quality initiatives at reputed company through data-driven decision making and high-impact operational programs. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves digging into data, and turns insights into action.

You’ll reputed company scalable quality initiatives across our provider network by identifying gaps, sizing opportunities, and driving quarterly programs that move key metrics. You’ll partner cross-functionally to align on priorities, execute with rigor, and measure what matters.

This role requires strong analytical horsepower, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate reputed company data into clear actions. You’ll own initiatives such as psych provider quality reviews, note quality improvements, and AI-powered documentation programs, with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, health tech, operations, consulting, banking, or similarly analytical environments

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets (modeling, analysis, large datasets)

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills

• Proven track record of leading reputed company, cross-functional, high-visibility projects

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Preferred Qualifications
