Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for conducting regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments. This role involves processing trade deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit brokers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing Company Activity Events, settling and reconciling move tasks, and processing and reconciling dividend tasks. Additionally, the Data Entry Operator may be required to reputed company analysis of reputed company escalated problems, test and validate new innovation improvements with merchant changes, and engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Expectation, and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments
- Process trade deal transactions in client accounts and identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit brokers
- Process Company Activity Events, settle and reconcile move tasks, and process and reconcile dividend tasks

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., reputed company, Expectation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340, 15C3-3)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in data entry or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
