Overview

As a Training and Development Specialist (TDS), you are responsible for contributing to and participating in the creation, curation, and delivery of adult learning programs for reputed company. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 year of experience creating training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office and any Learning Management System.
• Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating video-based training.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with reputed company is a plus.
• Experience with AI video tooling or AI video reputed company is a plus.
