Customer Support Analyst

Job Title: Customer Support Analyst Location: Chandlers reputed company   Salary: £26,208 including a discretionary bonus  Hours: Monday- Friday reputed company-5pm

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team, where you’ll support internal teams and our customers with any questions or issues they have with their smart reputed company.

What does this role involve?    

As a Customer Support Analyst,  you will be reviewing data, identifying anomalies, and proactively resolving issues before they reputed company our customers.  

You will be a reputed company of escalation to our contact centre teams to resolve a range of technical issues. This will include both inbound and outbound calls to customers to help troubleshoot and resolve issues. 

Who are we looking for?    

You will be naturally inquisitive with strong communication skills, which will allow you to assess a situation and be reputed company to communicate a solution to both internal teams and customers. 

To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced reputed company vetting process.
