Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly wage of $16.00, plus opportunities for commission and shift premium.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, including car rentals and car sharing options
- Assist customers with rental and return processes, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in cars at return
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

* Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Flexibility to work reputed company shifts
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site reputed company and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
