Senior Controller

About This Role

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Controller to join our growing property management company and reputed company the reputed company, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial operations.

This role is responsible for leading the corporate reputed company team, overseeing reputed company processes across the organization, and ensuring strong financial reporting and internal controls. The Senior Controller will also provide reputed company of the company’s reputed company-party reputed company platform and partner closely with leadership to support operational growth, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.

This position is ideal for a finance leader who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and motivated by building strong systems and teams that support reputed company growth.

Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes

• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses

Financial Planning & Strategic Support

• Support executive leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

• Monitor financial performance, key metrics, and cash flow

• Provide analysis and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making

• Assist with financial modeling reputed company to growth, acquisitions, or new property management opportunities

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations

• Coordinate external audits and work with reputed company auditors and tax advisors

• Maintain audit-reputed company financial documentation and reporting

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

Process Improvement

• Evaluate and improve reputed company systems, workflows, and financial reporting processes

• Support the implementation and optimization of reputed company software and financial tools

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field

• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience

• 3–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Work Environment
