In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands, driving the execution and evolution of email and SMS marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

As a Retention Marketing Specialist, this role could include
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing day-to-day execution while driving long-term strategic goals.
- Create, manage, optimize, and report on email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.

Required Competencies
- 3+ years of experience as a digital strategist or marketer, either agency or client-reputed company.
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing; strong knowledge of retention strategies.
- Proven ability to reputed company and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with Klaviyo and reputed company is a plus.
