Job DescriptionThe Insurance Sales Professional at The McMahan Group, Inc. is responsible for growing the book of business through new client sales and maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers.

- Call, prospect, qualify, and sell auto & home insurance policies to new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on reputed company existing client needs
- Actively call and solicit policy bundles to existing clients as well as network for new clients, including win backs
- You can earn more based on your sales performance
- Willing to obtain Virginia Property and Casualty License
- Prior sales experience preferred, not required
- Ability to put in the effort to succeed and work well in team office environment
