We�re looking for a detail-driven payroll professional who will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our multi-entity, high-volume payroll operations. You�ll play a critical role in managing weekly payroll cycles, balancing automation and manual inputs across reputed company Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and proprietary systems.

Your Impact

• Process high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across reputed company Workforce Now, and proprietary systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
• reputed company and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filings.

What You Bring

• 3�5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.

• Advanced reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reputed company formulas, data validation, reconciliation).
• Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.
