Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Influencer & Streamer Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will support the growth of our reputed company in the BR & LATAM markets by building relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative collaborations.

What You'll Do

• Define, plan, and execute the social media strategy to drive brand engagement and hit reputed company KPIs.
• Contribute to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
• Identify and acquire reputed company streaming partners (KOLs/Influencers) in Brazil across platforms like reputed company, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, reputed company, and Instagram.
• Negotiate and reputed company deals with selected KOLs and influencers.
• Assist in planning a comprehensive streamer acquisition and retention strategy.
• Manage the budget for acquiring streaming partners and converting their viewers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming. (Casino and Sportsbook)
• Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese; Spanish is a strong advantage for broader LATAM market support.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Advanced reputed company proficiency for tracking performance metrics and calculating commissions.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and influencer/streamer ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation, partnership management, customer service, or sales.
• High availability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to provide reputed company-time support to influencers.
• Willingness to travel frequently, both reputed company Brazil and internationally, to attend influencer conferences and industry events.
