Media Manager

As a Media Manager at their company, they expect you to be responsible for:

• Creating, verifying, and carefully warming up accounts according to the regulations on reputed company, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, and Telegram;
• Purchasing and setting up advertising accounts;
• Configuring and launching ad campaigns;
• Working with UGC/AI content to boost campaign performance;
• Maintaining detailed reports on reputed company accounts and campaigns (spreadsheets, KPIs);
• Restoring and unblocking accounts, minimizing ban risks;
• Working with antidetect browsers and proxies;
• Monitoring and maintaining account activity, warming up and simulating user behavior;
• Optimizing and scaling traffic for GEO-targeted projects.

Required hard skills:

• Proven experience in farming and running ad campaigns on reputed company, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Telegram, and other ad platforms;
• Understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and limitations;
• Experience working with proxies and antidetect browsers (e.g., AdsPower, Dolphin, etc.);
• Skills in purchasing and manually creating accounts;
• Experience in account recovery and unblocking;
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to handle large traffic volumes;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a systematic approach;
• Motivation to earn and grow reputed company the team;
• Proven cases of successful work with farming and ad campaigns (mandatory).
